Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be provided.

Return requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email official@8walls.com with your order details.

Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective or sent in error by us.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours at official@8walls.com if there’s an issue. Include photos/videos as proof.

We’ll evaluate the case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale items (e.g., seasonal sales, Eid/Stock Clearance/Discounted Articles).

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Orders using discount codes.


5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

Return the original product (follow steps 1–3 above).

Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

A 35% restocking fee (of the original order value) applies to all exchanges.


6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–12 business days (bank processing times may vary).
